2. How long has your company been creating these wonderful works of art?We have been in business since 2003, but we have been involved in artistic pursuits our entire life.
3. What is Arte en Barro's best product?Artists are like parents, and their creations are like children. We have no favorites because all of our products are our best products.
4. How often are new products developed and showcased on "Arte en Barro"?Since all of our products are unqiue and inspired, new products are showcased at regular intervals. No one knows the timetable of inspiration and art.
5. How different are the final products from the products shown on the website?Every product is unique, the pictures shown on the website are approximations of the final products. The variation is slight, usually just different shades of color. Remember, every piece is truly unique and represents the artist’s inspiration and personal touch.

How does "Arte en Barro" handle the shipping of products I buy?We ship Worldwide through FedEx or DHL If shipped outside Mexico, we will send you an estimate of shipping costs, after you submit your order. International Orders may require more time to arrive.We professionally pack all our pieces. Each item is carefully "Bubble-Wrapped" and then individually packed in a rigid carton box. We further protect the ceramic with cushioning material (paper, foam pads or "peanuts") inside the box on all sides of the item. All packing materials are new and clean.
